Trafford & Stockport College Group has been named regional winner in the post-16 category of the Alex Timpson Attachment Research Centre Award 2025 — recognising settings making a meaningful impact on young people’s lives.
The award reflects our Belong journey – a strategic, compassionate approach to student support that has rewritten our Behaviour Policy, introduced new staff training, and reshaped the way we interact with students every day. All to create a culture of safety, understanding and belonging across all our campuses.
We’re now working with the University of Oxford to explore national research funding that could influence how behaviour is understood across the wider education system.
