Equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) are not just policies for us — they are part of everyday life at our college. From flexible learning environments to dedicated wellbeing support, we take meaningful action to remove barriers to education. Our award-winning Community College Kitchen is one example of this, providing students with essential food items, hygiene products, and meal vouchers so that no one has to face unnecessary hardship while studying. 

Our students also have access to a range of opportunities that celebrate diversity and bring people together. From the Muslim Arts and Culture Festival to Student Question Time, and partnerships with over 50 voluntary organisations, we encourage students to explore different perspectives, develop new skills, and contribute to a more inclusive society. 

We also empower students to have a voice in shaping their future. As the first college group in the UK to integrate voter registration into enrolment, we have helped more than 1,000 students register to vote, supporting them to take an active role in democracy.
